✨ The felts do bleed but it doesn’t make a difference as you can see on the bits I have coloured it adds to the effect, even if the whole bow is coloured the colours will blend and still add to the effect, you can use your own felts or permanent markers if you prefer but all bows will come with 3 felts ✨
